Karen Rabjohn
Karen is an inspiring and motivational leader who has led the fundraising team with passion and good humor through challenging times
The IG Team at Blind Veterans UK
This amazingly dedicated, driven and cause-led team inspires me every day! The team started in the midst of an organisational reshuffle, with no handover notes, and has successfully grown our IG programme with enthusiasm and professionalism. It's a truly inspiring, collaborative and ambitious team!
Prof Jen Shang
Jen has dedicated her career to the sector, in a way that I could only hope to emulate. Her love for fundraising and charity's is infectious and spills out into every aspect of her life. I cannot understate the difference her years of research in the field has made for the fundraising profession. She has added such a huge body of knowledge - whether that be around donor love, wellbeing, loyalty - that her contributions have undoubtedly helped organisations to raise millions more. I couldn't quantify the additional income that Jen has probably helped to achieve over her career - but it would be staggering. Not only is she working hard to change the landscape of fundraising for beneficiaries, but she also pays attention to how we can improve the landscape for donors and fundraisers too! The limits to her love for people really know no bounds and I think she is a champion for this profession in every sense of the word!
The entire Development Team at National Museums Liverpool
At National Museums Liverpool they are called the Development Team and they truly are a team. This group of individuals work together to do incredible things. Each and every member of the team brings their own unique experience, creativity and perspective. In the past year they have taken on a new strategy and really made it fly, supported each other every day and even donned fairy make-up for events. The results of their efforts make a massive difference to the brilliant offer of NML. These champions are (in no particular order): Emma Gilbertson, Hattie Spree, Moira Leonard, Jen Clayton, Rachel Dison, Laura Cunliffe, Abby Jackson, Alison Fraser, Paddy Jackson, Sarah Houghton, Stuart McNaughton and Rachael Forde.
Lesley-Ann Simpson
Always goes the extra mile to help anyone, sailed a steady ship through the pandemic, and will celebrate 20 years of service in 2023.
Rowena Dean
Rowena has had an outstanding year leading the fundraising team at National Museums Liverpool. Her passion and determination in collaborating with a host of partners across all sectors has really helped to drive forward the transformation of Liverpool's waterfront, the redevelopment and expansion of the International Slavery Museum.

Jenni manager ipswich team
Jenni has run the ipswich shop for months alone until her asm started. During this time she actively promoted charity and recently dressed up as an elephant to promote the tea party to fundraise. Jenni and Emma now have arranged a date in Sept which will massively increase the charities community engagement and fundraising abilities via a local business. So proud of Jenni Firstly and now Emma and team ipswich who really have proved themselves to be fundraising champions in the making 👏

Jo the manager at Frinton has gone above and beyond and outside her comfort zone to promote the tea party. Jo has also spent time in other shops with other managers to pass on her best practice resulting in more sign ups and more potential fundraising. Her great relationship with TOFTS also means they are holding a tea party for us. Jo has a real I want to make a difference attitude even if its small steps .these create massive ones and I'm proud of her and her team
